In an effort to give players and referees a clearer approach to the game and
establish consistency in Law application throughout the country, USA Rugby
Referees' management has established guidelines to refereeing at all levels
in USA Rugby. It is attached and can be downloaded here:

Please note the new emphasis, in keeping with IRB standards, on arriving and
supporting players at the ruck. This and other info will be discussed at an
upcoming referee meeting - which are of course, open to players, refs &
coaches.

To register you go to www.usarugby.org
1.) from there you click "register here" right below welcome.
2.) Click Create / Renew Individual Membership
3.) Read the wavier and then check the 2 boxes.
4.) fill in all the information
5.) pay the money
6.) make sure register under Langley - McLean Rugby Football Club Boys
For old players you do the same and it should renew it for you.
For any questions contact me immediately. If you do not fill this out, you don't play.
We have boys and girls teams.
We have players from McLean, Langley, Marshall, and Yorktown. In other words, if you can get to practice, you can play for us.
Our club was established in 1973--the oldest club in Virginia by at least a decade. We won the boys national championship in 1983. The girls were state champions in 2006 and 2007. We are affiliated with McLean Youth Athletics.
Langley-Mclean Football Rugby club is part of Rugby Virginia. We play Western Loudoun, Western Suburbs, Fairfax Police, TC Williams, and NOVA. New teams are starting up in Newport News, Charlottesville, and Roanoke this spring
Winter training has begun -- Wed and Sat 330-5 at Springhill Recreation Center.
